As Grand Chief of Treaty 8 First Nations of Alberta since June 2024, he represents 39 First Nations across 840,000+ square kilometres encompassing Alberta's energy sector heartland. His leadership combines historic treaty authority with contemporary resource development expertise across one of Canada's most economically significant Indigenous territories.
